Too often, we forget about where we come from and how we got there.  In the middle of everything that goes on in our lives, it is important to look back and truly understand how we got to where we are today.  How did we get here?  Where did we come from? What events molded us? With our pasts held close to our memories and our individuality ingrained within ourselves, the future can be nothing but an improvement on our current condition.

Display the courage to make a difference by attending the 2011 Children and Youth Summit. You can stand and work for a better and brighter future. You can be what our country and our world is in search for…leaders, leaders who are not afraid to do everything in their might in order to better our society. For that, we salute you, we thank you, we believe you can "Be the change you wish to see in the world."

Through unity and determination, we will produce new goals that will benefit the youth, their families, and the future of Hawaii. We must make every effort to assure that Hawaii’s keiki,  ‘opio and their ohana will remain happy, healthy, safe, ready to learn and succeed. We can find the cure for cancer, get a stagnant economy running again, work to secure Hawaii's sustainability, strive to end world hunger, and eventually achieve world peace.

We encourage you to "Learn it, Grow it, Share it."
Learn whatever it is that you believe you will excel in and make the most impact with.
Grow your knowledge, and gain much experience along the way.
Share your knowledge and experience, that way, you enable the generations to come to do the same.
